Bryanstown Annex and “Apple Tree” are set in approximately one and a half acres of flower garden and orchard extending to open countryside. The annex was built in 2006 and is well insulated and built to modern specifications. “Apple Tree” was originally two one up and one down timber framed cottages, one dating from the sixteenth century, the other from the nineteenth. They were allowed to fall into disrepair for a number of years and eventually condemned. When Di's husband first read the particulars it said “View at your own risk” at the top of the page. He did view and on opening the front door could see straight out to the back garden!
